All three major U.S. stock indexes closed slightly higher
The three major U.S. stock indexes all closed slightly higher, the S&P 500 index rose 0.24 per cent, renewed record highs; the Dow rose 0.16 per cent, the Nasdaq rose 0.07 per cent. Intel fell more than 6 per cent. Palantir fell about 10 per cent, the biggest one-day drop since last August.
