Crypto journalist Eleanor Terrett stated on the X platform that the three XRP ETFs from ProShares are not spot products but rather an application for futures and leveraged/inverse products. These products do not require "approval" from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission like spot products do. They will become effective unless the SEC raises any objections within a certain period after the application is submitted.
