Heritage Distillery Completes $220 Million Private Funding to Build IP Token Reserve
Heritage Distillery, a US-listed company, has completed a $220 million private placement financing, with investors including Story Foundation and a16z crypto. Heritage will allocate $82 million in revenue to purchase IP tokens from Story Foundation at a fixed price of $3.40.
