Web3 infrastructure provider Entry completes $1 million financing
Jinse Finance reported that Web3 infrastructure provider Entry has announced the completion of a $1 million Pre-Seed round of financing, led by Modern Niagara, with participation from Qrecendo and Perrfin. This round combines elements of equity and Simple Agreement for Future Tokens (SAFT), with a seed stage FDV of approximately $25 million, and the TGE is expected to be around $50 million.
