Bitwise CEO: Most digital asset financial companies may eventually transform into operating companies
BlockBeats News, November 24, Bitwise CEO Hunter Horsley posted on X that due to factors such as insufficient liquidity, cost expenditures, and risks, most Digital Asset Trusts (DAT) will trade at a discount, and only those outstanding companies that can enhance the per-share value of crypto assets will trade at a premium. Most DATs will eventually transform into operating companies—in this process, they are likely to acquire and integrate some of the many small crypto companies that are still privately held. Digital asset asset management companies are still at the early stage of their future development direction.
