Hong Kong SFC adds “9M AI Group/9M AI” to the list of suspicious virtual asset trading platforms
Jinse Finance reported that the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission announced today that it has added “9M AI Group Inc./9M AI” to the list of suspicious virtual asset trading platforms. The Hong Kong SFC stated that this platform claims to operate a virtual asset trading platform locally in Hong Kong but has not obtained a license from the SFC. The entity is suspected of conducting unlicensed activities in Hong Kong and targeting Hong Kong investors for promotion.
