Musk: X algorithm still needs significant improvement, has been open-sourced for external transparent oversight
PANews, January 20 – Elon Musk stated on the X platform that although the X recommendation algorithm still has many issues, the team is working hard to improve it and has already open-sourced the new algorithm, allowing the public to view the adjustment process in real time. This algorithm is based on the same Transformer architecture as xAI's Grok model.
Earlier this month, Musk stated that the new X platform algorithm would be open-sourced within seven days, and this process would be repeated every four weeks.
