Aave founder: Governance of the social protocol Lens will be handed over to the Msak team, while the original team will serve as technical advisors.
According to Odaily, Stani Kulechov, founder of Aave and Lens Protocol, announced on X that the governance rights of the social protocol Lens Protocol will be transferred to the Msak Network team, which has been dedicated to advancing the development of Lens Protocol at the application layer.
The foundational social modules of Lens will always remain open source and will continue to serve as infrastructure for anyone building social applications on decentralized rails. The original team will continue to act as technical advisors while focusing on innovation in DeFi, which has always been their core strength.
