Jinse Finance reported that ProCap Financial repurchased 148,241 shares at a price approximately 35% below net asset value (NAV). BRR holds 5,007 BTC, valued at about $335 millions, along with $70 millions in cash and $100 millions in convertible debt. The company stated its commitment to narrowing the current NAV discount.
