According to Jinse Finance, the decentralized hot storage protocol Shelby has launched Early Access on the Aptos testnet. Originally designed as a Web3 data infrastructure primitive, Shelby is now evolving into a verifiable global object storage system oriented towards AI. Organizations can write data to a globally unified address and read data from any region. Each request comes with cryptographic verification, and its data egress fees are expected to be about 70% lower than those of traditional cloud service providers. Shelby's target users have also expanded from crypto-native developers to AI and enterprise-level infrastructure teams.
