格隆汇3月17日｜AeroVironment, a US drone manufacturer, announced that it has acquired Empirical Systems Aerospace (ESAero), a manufacturer of drone systems and advanced aerial mobility platforms. The transaction was conducted in cash and stock, valued at approximately $200 million. This deal comes amid ongoing global conflicts, increased defense spending, and the growing application of sophisticated drones. It follows AeroVironment's $4.1 billion acquisition of space and defense engineering company BlueHalo in 2025.
