Glonghui, March 26|Indian IT services company Infosys has announced that it has agreed to acquire two US consulting firms to strengthen its technology portfolio in healthcare and insurance. Infosys will acquire healthcare consulting firm Optimum Healthcare IT for $465 million and insurance technology firm Stratus for $95 million, both in all-cash deals. Both companies are owned by private equity investors, founders, and management. The transactions are expected to be completed in the first quarter of fiscal year 2027.
