The NER Pulse provides a weekly snapshot of employment changes, calculated using a four-week moving average and leveraging ADP’s comprehensive, high-frequency employment data.
All data is seasonally adjusted and incorporates a two-week delay to ensure greater accuracy and completeness in the estimates.
