South32’s quarterly manganese output in Australia more than triples

The world's largest manganese producer generated a total of 1.09 million wet metric tons of this steel additive from its Australian and South African operations in the quarter ending March, up from 476,000 wet metric tons in the same period last year. This output was below the Visible Alpha consensus expectation of 1.25 million wet metric tons.
