Global liquefied natural gas supplier Venture Global announced today that its subsidiary, Venture Global Calcasieu Pass, LLC, has successfully completed the issuance of $750 million in senior secured notes.

This financing will be dedicated to the construction and development of the Calcasieu Pass liquefied natural gas (LNG) export project in Louisiana. The issuance of the senior secured notes received strong subscription from the international capital market, reflecting investors' firm confidence in Venture Global's long-term development strategy and the prospects of the LNG industry. As an emerging operator of LNG export facilities in the United States, Venture Global has further strengthened its financial foundation through this financing, providing robust funding support for subsequent project advancements.The Calcasieu Pass project, Venture Global's first large-scale LNG export facility, is designed with an annual production capacity of 10 million tons. The project employs a modular construction model, which not only significantly shortens the construction period but also sets a new industry benchmark in terms of energy efficiency and environmental standards. Following the completion of this financing, the project is expected to achieve commercial operation as planned, injecting new supply momentum into the global energy market.
