The Board of Directors emphasized that Mr. Reynolds has extensive experience in strategic planning and risk management within the aviation industry and has made significant contributions to corporate governance and long-term value creation during his tenure. The Board believes that the proxy firms' assessments do not fully reflect Mr. Reynolds' actual value and calls on shareholders to make an independent judgment based on the overall interests of the company and support his re-election.
