Over Foundation: Due to funding constraints, Over Protocol ceases operations

Foresight News reports that the Over Foundation has announced, due to financial constraints, it has ceased operations of all infrastructure and services related to the Over protocol, including OverWallet, OverNode, OverFlex, RPC nodes, block explorer, and API interfaces. Additionally, the official statement indicates there are no plans to restore these services.
