Data shows that this year, the total market capitalization of listed companies in Taiwan has surged by more than 35% to reach USD 4.47 trillion, while Canada's market capitalization has increased by only about 5% to reach USD 4.44 trillion. TSMC accounts for nearly 45% of the local benchmark stock index, and its market value has expanded to USD 1.8 trillion during this period.
