Jinse Finance reported on May 3 that, according to disclosures by Wu Blockchain, Solana co-founder Anatoly Yakovenko stated that the greatest current risk lies in the possibility of post-quantum cryptography (PQC) signature algorithms being cracked by artificial intelligence. He pointed out that the industry has not yet fully understood the potential mathematical vulnerabilities of such algorithms, and the inherent risks during actual deployment remain unclear. He suggested providing two-thirds multisignature wallet support for these algorithms, or implementing native underlying support through program-derived addresses (PDA) in transaction processors.
