Hyperbridge launches bug bounty program on HackenProof
Foresight News reported that the cross-chain interoperability protocol Hyperbridge announced on Twitter that it has launched a bug bounty program on the security platform HackenProof. Independent security researchers can review the Hyperbridge codebase and submit vulnerability reports, which will be classified, confirmed, and rewarded within 3 days after approval.
The reward range is as follows: low-risk vulnerabilities: $200, medium-risk: $2,000 to $5,000, high-risk: $5,000 to $15,000, and critical severity has a maximum reward of $50,000. The bounty program covers the entire protocol codebase, including issues such as logic flaws, access control, reentrancy attacks, cross-chain message forgery, and state manipulation. All testing must be conducted in a local fork environment, and attacks on online infrastructure are strictly prohibited.
Previously, on April 13, Hyperbridge was attacked with estimated losses of around $2.5 million.
