American Perpetuals Exchange completes $30 million financing round, led by Lux Capital
According to Odaily, sources have revealed that American Perpetuals Exchange, a derivatives trading platform owned by Theodore Gillibrand, son of U.S. Senator Kirsten Gillibrand, has completed a $30 million funding round led by Lux Capital.
The report states that the platform plans to apply for the relevant license from the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) and intends to launch perpetual futures products for stocks and stock indices, rather than cryptocurrency perpetual contracts. (Fortune)
