Sui’s ecosystem continued to expand across both decentralized finance and blockchain privacy this week. SUI Group Holdings increased its lending commitment to support Bluewater Labs’ acquisition of Suilend, while Sui Network introduced confidential transfers in public beta on Devnet.

SUI Group Holdings has expanded its digital asset loan agreement with Bluefin, increasing the total amount of SUI tokens on loan to 6 million. The agreement incorporates an earlier loan of 2 million SUI and adds another 4 million SUI to support Bluewater Labs’ acquisition of Suilend from Concurrent C.

The new capital is intended to support Bluefin’s role in financing Bluewater’s acquisition of Suilend, a lending and decentralized finance platform described as the largest on the Sui blockchain.

The amended agreement also raises SUI Group’s revenue share from 5% under the original September 2025 agreement to 11%, while maintaining the original three-year term through September 2028. The revised structure shifts the arrangement from a standard lending agreement to a revenue-sharing model tied to Bluefin’s operations and affiliated businesses involved in the Suilend transaction.

The amended agreement became effective on June 19, 2026, and will remain in force through September 30, 2028, unless both parties agree to extend or terminate it earlier.

Separately, Sui Network launched confidential transfers in public beta on Devnet, introducing a privacy feature that blocks transaction amounts and account balances while keeping wallet addresses visible on-chain.

The feature also includes sender-controlled selective disclosure, allowing users to reveal transaction details when required for audits or regulatory reviews.

According to the network, the design targets organizations that require financial privacy while still allowing information sharing when necessary.

The new updates coincided with the SUI market movement. At the time of writing, SUI traded at $0.708847, recording a gain of 2.91% over the past 24 hours. However, the trading volume declined by 21.56% to $342.1 million.
