ENS co-founder Nick Johnson has submitted an on-chain execution proposal to establish a new Security Council, with a term until July 16, 2028. The Council will be controlled by members elected through EP 6.50. Currently, 779,080 votes have been cast, including 712,350 in favor, 0 against, and 66,730 abstentions, surpassing the quorum threshold of 1 million tokens.
