ASML will grant a 20,000 euro bonus to all employees

Glonghui July 18 ｜ As the latest case of a beneficiary of the "AI boom" launching an employee incentive plan, lithography machine manufacturer ASML will grant equity incentives equivalent to €20,000 to employees worldwide. According to reports, ASML announced this policy via an internal email to all staff, with the company planning to grant the equity awards on January 1 of next year. The incentive comes with a condition: employees must remain with the company until at least January 1, 2030, before they can vest and sell their shares. ASML has approximately 44,500 employees worldwide, making the one-time incentive worth nearly €900 million.
