AMD's annual flagship AI conference approaches, UBS says CPU/GPU technology roadmap will be a major focus and raises target price to $700
According to Odaily, AMD’s annual flagship AI conference “Advancing AI 2026” will be held in San Francisco, USA, from July 22 to 23 local time. UBS released a preview report stating that this event may focus more on showcasing technology rather than announcing customer or financial information. It is expected that AMD will announce the latest progress of its data center CPU (including Venice and Verano) and GPU (MI450x and MI500) technology roadmap; updates on embedded and gaming graphics card businesses will also be provided simultaneously. UBS maintains its “Buy” rating for AMD, raising the target price from $670 to $700.
