Oasis Pro Markets, a subsidiary of Ondo, has received FINRA approval to offer tokenized stocks and funds to both U.S. institutional and retail investors.
Foresight News reports that Ondo Finance's U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)-registered broker-dealer subsidiary, Oasis Pro Markets, has received authorization from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). Under SEC and FINRA regulation, it can now offer compliant tokenized corporate stocks and funds to U.S. financial institutions and retail investors. The authorization includes retail OTC, primary underwriting, private placement, and supports U.S. issuers in primary issuance of tokenized securities, as well as secondary trading for institutional and retail investors. Tradable assets include NMS stocks, ETF, mutual funds, index funds, and IPO securities. Settlement can be completed via fiat currency or supported stablecoins.
This move builds upon Ondo's acquisition of Oasis Pro (which holds SEC-registered broker-dealer, ATS, and transfer agent licenses), and supports integrated account structures, enabling institutions, registered investment advisers, and retirement accounts to access through existing brokerage channels, reducing onboarding friction.
