Glonghui, July 28—Blackstone, Brookfield, and KKR will invest $16 billion in Kuwait's oil pipeline network. The investors will establish a joint venture with Kuwait Petroleum Corporation and acquire a 49% stake in the joint venture. The joint venture will obtain a 20.5-year lease for the pipelines, after which the pipelines will be leased back to the state-owned oil company.
