Psalion completes third round of $50 million fundraising, focusing on the integration of blockchain and the real economy
According to ChainCatcher, Singapore digital asset investment management firm Psalion has announced the completion of the third fundraise, reaching a scale of 50 million US dollars, marking the largest fund in the firm's history. The fund is a Variable Capital Company (VCC) registered in Singapore and is managed by Conduit Asset Management, which holds a license from the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).
The fund will focus on projects at the Pre-Seed to Seed round stage, emphasizing infrastructure, middleware, trade finance, RWA, stablecoins, and DeFi sectors. It will particularly pay attention to innovative projects where Web3 is reshaping asset ownership, transactions, and modes of interaction on the consumer side. Psalion Managing Partner Tim Enneking stated: “Crypto was once the thesis, traditional finance the antithesis, now what we are investing in is the synthesis of the two—Web2 businesses running on Web3 rails.” The previous two funds were also launched during market downturns. The team believes that valuations are more reasonable and founders more focused during bear markets, making it the best window for deployment.
