Circle Head of Communications Rachel Busch resigns to join stablecoin payment chain Tempo

ChainCatcher reports that Rachel Busch has joined the stablecoin payment blockchain Tempo to oversee communications. Previously, she served as Senior Manager of Corporate Communications at Circle. She stated that during her time at Circle, she helped tell the story of USDC and the internet financial system, and will continue to participate in the global stablecoin narrative.

According to RootData, Tempo is a high-performance Layer1 blockchain developed in collaboration by Stripe and Paradigm, targeting payment scenarios and supporting mainstream stablecoins. The mainnet was launched in March 2026. Previously, in October 2025, it completed a $500 million Series A round, reaching a valuation of $5 billion.
