Analyst Sets $8, $13 and $27 for XRP Price Targets. Here’s the Timeline

XRP’s long-term price discussion has shifted toward a set of levels that sit far beyond the token’s recent trading range.

Crypto analyst ChartNerd (@ChartNerdTA) has listed $8, $13, and $27 as his 2030 projection for the asset. His latest chart connects those targets to XRP’s previous market cycle, using Fibonacci extensions and a time-based Fibonacci comparison.

The analyst noted that these targets are more likely than the $15 predictions of other analysts when XRP traded above $1.50 in February. His approach gives the forecast a defined technical structure. It also shows why ChartNerd sees the late 2020s as an important period for XRP.

Connecting Two XRP Cycles

The historical section of the chart focuses on the 2014 to 2018 cycle. It marks the major advance that carried XRP from its early-cycle lows toward the 2018 peak.

The chart then highlights three Fibonacci extension levels that XRP reached during that cycle. Those levels are 127.20%, 141.40%, and 161.80%. The corresponding historical prices shown on the chart are $0.1422, $0.2194, and $0.4091.

ChartNerd applies the same extension structure to the current cycle. The new levels appear substantially higher at $8.4831, $13.7909 and $27.7183. Rounded, those become the $8, $13, and $27 targets that now feature in his long-term XRP thesis. The analyst has previously called $27 inevitable for XRP, and this analysis reinforces that point.

The Timeline for XRP

The chart does more than project price levels. It also compares XRP’s historical timing cycles. ChartNerd labels the earlier setup as a 2014 to 2018 Fibonacci time cycle. The chart marks that cycle as having reached its extension targets.

It then applies a similar time-based structure to the current cycle, with the late 2020s becoming the key projection period. This matters because the analysis does not present $27 as an immediate price objective. The chart places the highest extension within a longer cycle that extends toward 2030.

What Comes Next?

The chart suggests a progression rather than a single price event. XRP would first need to establish a sustained advance from current levels before the $8 extension becomes relevant. The $13 level follows as the next major extension. The $27 target sits close to the 161.8% extension and represents the chart’s highest long-term target.

ChartNerd has also stressed the probabilistic nature of the setup. In his post, he wrote, “No absolutes,” while describing the 2030 fractal as a “data-backed cyclical projection.”
