In addition, the company stated that exercising all warrants could raise an additional 600 million USD, which means the total fundraising scale could expand to 1 billion USD. The new funds will support the launch of its digital asset treasury strategy, with the main holdings of the treasury being SOL, the native digital asset of the Solana blockchain.
