BlockBeats News, June 12th - U.S. software giant Adobe released its Q2 2026 earnings: revenue of $66.2 billion, a 13% year-over-year increase, or 11% growth on a constant currency basis. Diluted earnings per share were $4.25; adjusted EPS was $5.96. As of the end of this quarter, Adobe's Annual Recurring Revenue ("ARR") totaled $27.1 billion, including approximately $480 million from Semrush. Second-quarter GAAP revenue was $22.4 billion, non-GAAP revenue was $29.5 billion. GAAP net income was $17.1 billion, non-GAAP net income was $24 billion. Cash flow from operating activities was $21.7 billion.
Adobe's Chairman and CEO, Shantanu Narayen, said: "Adobe achieved a record revenue of $66.2 billion in the second quarter, reflecting strong demand for our AI across all customer segments. Based on this robust performance, we have raised our full-year 2026 revenue and non-GAAP EPS targets.
