PANews, February 3rd – According to Cointelegraph, the "2025 Digital Wealth Report" released by Gibraltar-based Xapo Bank shows that the usage pattern of its bitcoin-backed loan business is shifting from short-term liquidity to long-term financial planning. The report states that 52% of the bitcoin-backed loans issued by the bank in 2025 have a term of 365 days, and even when new loan issuance slowed during the year, these long-term loans remained outstanding. The bank's CEO, Seamus Rocca, stated that growing confidence in the long-term outlook for bitcoin is prompting holders to choose borrowing rather than selling, indicating a shift from short-term speculation to long-term thinking.
