DFDV announces the launch of Meme coin DONT, reaching $28 million within 3 hours of going live
BlockBeats News, January 23, Solana treasury company DeFi Development (DFDV) announced the issuance of the first ever Meme coin created by a listed company, DONT (DisclaimerCoin, do not purchase). In the announcement, DFDV stated that DONT has not received any sponsorship, endorsement, or support from external influencers, KOLs, foundations, venture capital firms, or ecosystem partners. There is no roadmap, no advisors, no team, no utility, and no promises. It is an experiment spontaneously launched by DFDV, making it the first Meme coin created by a listed company. DFDV intends to permanently hold 30% of the DONT token supply. According to GMGN data, DONT's market cap briefly reached 28 million USD three hours after launch, and is now reported at 18 million USD, with a trading volume of 23 million USD. BlockBeats reminds users that most Meme coins have no real use cases and are highly volatile. Please invest with caution.
